Comfort Falls Development Update
July 2008 Summer has started beautifully at Comfort Falls Aviation Estates. Pleasant breezes make it perfect for outside activities. The San Antonio River Walk and Fiesta Texas are a short drive away. Pilots and their families from California to Florida are returning to see the staked and mowed lot boundaries. Much interest has focused on the planned paved runway area which is mowed, green and 4500 ft long. Homesite sales are now in progress. Some lots are no longer available so call for availability. |

Hangars may be constructed along with the home or after the home is complete, but not before the home. All 43 home sites have access to both the 2200 ft. grass strip & the 4500 ft. paved runway: displaced threshold to be determined after construction. |
